Reservation Policy

1. Check-In time is 12 noon and Check-Out Time is 10 a.m.
2. Early check in & late check out is subject to availability.
3. Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
4. Booking will be considered confirm only on receipt of 50% advance payment of the booking amount through Bank Transfer.
5. Payment on arrival will be approved by Pinakii Comfort Stay management.
6. The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travellers.
7. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
8. We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods. The needs to be cleared separately.
9. Breakfast timings are 7:30 – 10:30 am only.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made 10 or more days before check in date will be charged 15% of the booking amount.
2. Cancellations made more than 3 days in advance but less than 10 days will incur a cancellation charge of 25% booking.
3. No shows and cancellations made 0 to 3 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking amount.
